home company profile commission pulling procurement / sales fibre fillings contact details

Growing environmental awareness over the last decade coupled with the introduction of landfill legislation has increased the necessity for the "re-use" of waste products, via recycling. This provides a viable alternative to landfill disposal. The re-introduction of a small percentage of reprocessed fibre into the manufacturing process can significantly reduce costs, ensuring a competitive edge in the market place.

A large proportion of our business is "commission pulling". We offer an efficient service, enhanced by a fast "turn round time". Arrangements can be made to collect or accept waste material at a frequency that suits your production output. Regardless of origin all incoming goods are checked prior to processing, materials that may contaminate or degrade the end product are discarded. With the exclusion of packaging, the wastage figure during the reclamation process rarely exceeds 3%. Our volume production is packaged and shipped in bales weighing between 200 - 250 Kg depending on fibre density, alternative sizes are negotiable.

Implementing a non destructive approach and having a variety of production methods at our disposal, materials can be processed to customer requirements. These can range from "rough" opening to carded fibre; trying at all times to preserve all physical characteristics inherent within the fibre. This ensures a clean, uncontaminated yet consistent product is returned, allowing your own "quality control" specifications to be met throughout long production runs, thus reducing further wastage.
