Our fibre filling department manufacturers a wide range of non-allergenic fillings to suit numerous applications required by the soft furnishing, upholstery, haberdashery and soft toy industries. All are processed from either recycled or "virgin" (new) fibre and conform to the relevant British Standards:

The table above provides basic technical information of our most popular items. Textures range from 17 Decitex fibre with strong recovery properties and plenty of "bounce", to 3 Decitex fibre providing that firmer feel often required by the "traditional" bear manufacturer. Should these fail to suit your requirements, alternative blends, qualities and bale sizes are available.

Other fillings include a low grade blend suitable for pet beds, while our industrial range includes fibres with specific properties, such as chemical resistance, high absorption and thermal protection etc.
